本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、Threado（以下「本サービス」）の提供にあたり、利用者（以下「ユーザー」）の情報をどのように取得・利用・保存・管理するかを定めるものです。本サービスを利用することで、ユーザーは本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
1. 提供形態
- ショット版（ローカル版）：ユーザー自身の PC 上で動作し、データはユーザーの PC 内に保存されます。
- VPS 版（サーバー版）：運営者が管理するサーバー上で動作し、データは当該サーバー内に保存されます。
2. 取得するデータ
ユーザーが連携した Meta Threads アカウントについて、Threads API（Meta Platforms, Inc. 提供）を通じて以下を取得します。
- アカウント情報：Threads ユーザー ID、ユーザー名、表示名
- 投稿データ：ユーザーが作成・投稿、または本サービスを通じて生成・投稿したコンテンツ
- メトリクス（インサイト）：フォロワー数、表示回数、いいね・返信・リポスト・引用数、リンククリック数等
- 返信・メンション：ユーザーの投稿へのリプライ（返信自動化機能利用時）
- アクセストークン：OAuth 2.0 によって発行される認証トークン（投稿・取得に必要）
上記以外の Meta アカウント情報・連絡先・位置情報・決済情報などは取得しません。
3. データの利用目的
- 投稿の自動化：AI によるコンテンツ生成、自律運用（自動投稿）
- スケジューリング：予約投稿・配信キューによる投稿時刻の管理
- 分析：フォロワー推移・投稿パフォーマンスの可視化、PDCA 分析
- 返信管理：キーワード自動返信、シナリオ分岐型の段階的返信
機能提供以外の目的（広告配信・プロファイリング・販売等）には利用しません。
4. データの保存場所
- ショット版：すべてのデータは ユーザー自身の PC 内に保存されます（ライセンス認証・アップデート配信・OAuth 中継を除き、運営者サーバーへ送信・保存されません）。
- VPS 版：データは 運営者が管理するサーバー内に保存されます。
いずれもアクセストークンは必要な範囲で安全に保存され、連携解除で無効化されます。
5. 第三者への提供
本サービスは、取得したユーザーのデータを 第三者に提供・販売・共有しません。ただし機能上、以下の外部 API・サービスと通信します（機能提供に必要な範囲に限り、第三者提供には該当しません）。
- Meta Platforms, Inc.（Threads API）：投稿・データ取得・OAuth 認証のため
- Anthropic（Claude）／OpenAI（Codex）等の AI API・CLI：投稿文・分析の生成のため（ユーザー自身が契約・導入したツールを利用）
6. データの削除
- 「データ使用量と削除」機能から、投稿履歴・メトリクス・ナレッジ等をカテゴリ単位で削除できます。
- Cookie（ログインセッション）を削除できます。
- Threads アカウントの連携解除により、保存されたアクセストークンは無効化されます。
- ショット版では、アンインストール＋データフォルダ削除で全ローカルデータを削除できます。
- Meta（Threads）経由のデータ削除リクエスト（連携解除・データ削除要求）にも対応します。
7. データの保持期間
ログ・メトリクス等は「データ保持日数」（既定 30 日、0 で無期限）に従い自動削除されます。明示的に削除した場合はその時点で削除されます。
8. Meta（Threads API）の利用について
本サービスは Meta Platforms, Inc. の Threads API を利用し、データの取得・利用・保存は Meta Platform Terms および Threads API 利用規約・ガイドラインに準拠します。ユーザーは OAuth 2.0 認証で連携を許可し、許可したスコープの範囲でのみ利用されます。Meta（Threads / Instagram）の設定からいつでも連携解除できます。
9. セキュリティ
不正アクセス・漏えい・改ざんからデータを保護するため合理的な技術的・組織的措置を講じます（ショット版はデータが PC 内に留まり、VPS 版は HTTPS 暗号化・アクセス制御）。ただし完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
10. Cookie・ローカルストレージ
ログインセッション維持や設定保存のため、Cookie・ローカルストレージ・ローカル Cookie ファイルを使用します。ユーザーの操作で削除できます。
11. 子どものプライバシー
本サービスは 13 歳未満（または各地域の法令で定める年齢未満）の利用を想定しておらず、該当ユーザーの情報を意図的に取得しません。
12. 本ポリシーの変更
必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更は本ページの更新で告知します。変更後の継続利用は変更後ポリシーへの同意とみなされます。

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how Threado (the "Service") collects, uses, stores, and manages information of its users ("you"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Editions
- Shot edition (local): Runs on your own PC; data is stored on your PC.
- VPS edition (server): Runs on a server managed by the operator; data is stored on that server.
2. Data We Collect
For the Meta Threads account you connect, we collect via the Threads API (by Meta Platforms, Inc.):
- Account information: Threads user ID, username, display name
- Post data: Content you create/publish, and content generated/published via the Service
- Metrics (insights): Follower count, views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes, link clicks, etc.
- Replies and mentions: Replies to your posts (when using auto-reply)
- Access tokens: OAuth 2.0 authentication tokens (required to publish and retrieve data)
We do not collect any other Meta account information, contact details, location, or payment information.
3. How We Use Data
- Post automation: AI content generation and autonomous posting
- Scheduling: Time management via scheduled posting and delivery queues
- Analytics: Follower/post performance visualization and PDCA analysis
- Reply management: Keyword auto-replies and scenario-based multi-step replies
We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or sale.
4. Where Data Is Stored
- Shot edition: All data is stored on your own PC (except license verification, update delivery, and OAuth relay).
- VPS edition: Data is stored on the operator-managed server.
Access tokens are stored securely only as needed and invalidated upon disconnection.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide, sell, or share your data with third parties. The Service communicates with the following external APIs/services only as needed for functionality:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Threads API): Posting, data retrieval, OAuth
- AI APIs/CLIs such as Anthropic (Claude) / OpenAI (Codex): Generating post text and analyses (tools you subscribed to and installed)
6. Data Deletion
- Delete post history, metrics, and knowledge by category via "Data Usage and Deletion".
- Delete cookies (login sessions).
- Disconnecting your Threads account invalidates stored access tokens.
- In the Shot edition, uninstall the app and remove the data folder to delete all local data.
- We honor data deletion requests received via Meta (Threads).
7. Data Retention
Logs and metric snapshots are auto-deleted per your "data retention days" (default 30; 0 = indefinite). Explicit deletions are removed immediately.
8. Use of Meta (Threads API)
The Service uses Meta's Threads API and complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Threads API terms/guidelines. You authorize access via OAuth 2.0, only within granted scopes, and can disconnect anytime from your Meta settings.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (Shot: data stays on your PC; VPS: HTTPS encryption and access controls). No method is completely secure.
10. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies, local storage, and local cookie files for sessions and settings, which you can delete.
11. Children's Privacy
Not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect their information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy and will notify material changes by updating this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
